Friselle with grape tomatoes
Method
To prepare the friselle with grape tomatoes, heat the extra virgin oil with a clove of garlic. When the oil is boiling, put the Petti organic peeled datterini – organic peeled grape tomatoes into it. Lower the heat and continue cooking for 5/6 minutes, add salt to taste.
In the meantime, prepare the 12 friselle and, once cooking has finished, place the grape tomatoes carefully onto each frisella, adding the grated Parmesan, a fresh basil leaf and a little sauce from the grape tomatoes. Complete with a little extra virgin olive oil and the dish is ready. Serve the friselle with grape tomatoes hot.
